<div dir="ltr">I'm with Tom. "Export as PDF" should be your first instinct in mollification of troublesome PDF instances (and they're out there in abundance).<div><br></div><div>I personally suspect multiple defects, including the E*Trade output <i>and</i> the exception-handling in your printer driver. See if that PDF is empty. If not, print the subsequent PDF. Let me know <br>
if the exported PDF is empty-- that's another problem.<br>

Possibility: make sure you print it as specifically black and white.<br>
