Depending on how the insurer phrases/packages things, it's "Errors & <br>
Omissions" and/or Professional Liability.<br>

(Note, it's a requirement, not negotiable, so please don't bother <br>
suggesting that. She plans to adjust her proposal pricing to reflect this <br>
added cost.)<br>

After more than a decade, I'm back to contracting on small Open Source software <br>
application customization projects.<br>

I've been confronted by my first customer ( a large post-secondary institution <br>
north of Cambridge :-) with a demand for Professional Liability insurance "in <br>
an amount of not less than $1,000,000 each claim for all professional services <br>
and $2,000,000 aggregate."<br>

Does anyone have recommendations for good (read: as cheap as possible) insurers <br>
to provide this?<br>
