I read every word she wrote because she was definitely</div><div>a few years ahead of everyone else in understanding the ramifications of tech.</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div> Then in 1991 she coined the phrase "surfing the web." I ran into her at a conference in 1997, and said, "Jean, I really like the ring of that phrase 'surfing the web.'"
