<p>Chasing email delivery problem -- I wasn't getting daily Dilbert
dose! -- a friend who's deep into email theology speculated that
it's related to improving standards for verifying email senders
and blocking spam: SPF or DMARC issues. I vaguely understand that
those involve receiver/sender negotiating credentials. So, of
course, problems can be at either end.<br>
