I can't speak for the service, but the web site is up.

I've actually been looking at moving from AT&T to C/C -- it would pretty 
much cut my bill in half. (They offer AT&T and T-Mobile, you can, SIM 
cards permitting, switch as needed by calling them.)

Does anybody here use Cons Cell?
