[Ipg-smz] Phone interview question

Same with us. Such and such told ITPro Today... And if we're quoting
from a prepared statement, we mention that.
If the quote is from an email exchange, I will usually mention that,
because in most cases email answers tend to be less useful as they lean
towards marketing speak.
