[Ipg-smz] Why I'm not going to CES

Yes, It’s a very stupid application for a trivial problem. (At an industrial scale, for commercial laundries, I could see it. This ain’t that.) And for $10K, it’s really kind of dumb.

This will be the third year the company’s showing prototypes. Last year’s about the size of a three-drawer file cabinet. The thing is, the demos draw *huge* crowds.

That said, if this is the thing that tips you over to decide not to go to CES, you must have far higher standards than I. There’s *way* dumber stuff at CES than this.
