About 12 years ago I read a press release on Slashdot about a software company founder in Minnesota (or Wisconsin?) who was chosen as Employee of the Month for 48 straight months.

It's one of the funniest things I've ever read, especially the part about where the company's CFO would be taking him out to McDonald's as a way for the company to express
their appreciation.

I've searched to try and uncover that press release -- but I haven't be able to find it. If anyone here happens to recall it, I'm up for having a second belly-laugh reading it.

And if you happen to be a fan of the Beagle Bros software for Apple II (circa 1980's), here's a fairly recent photo of their founder, Bert Kersey, sitting in a store's demonstration
hot tub -- fully dressed. He's my kinda guy. "Can I try out this hot tub? Yes? Great! Of course, I'm not going to take my clothes off in public." (clambering into the filled-with-water hot tub, fully
clothed.)
