[Ipg-smz] Strange PDF file problem

Okay, here's another one for you.

I'm trying to print out my E*Trade statement, which I have downloaded as 
a PDF file. I can't get it to print out. I can print out any other PDF 
file, but not this one. I get the notice, upper right corner of screen, 
that the file is printing, followed by the notice that it has been 
printed, but nothing comes out of the printer. Not a chuckle, a whimper, 
nothing, nada. It has always been thus. But ONLY with the statement.

I've checked the document's settings, the printer settings, everything I 
can think of. It is the default printer. Every other program can print 
to it. Every other PDF file I try can be printed out, even ones from 
E*Trade. It is ONLY the E*Trade statement that will not print out.

I guess it is time for me to try E*Trade customer service?
