Well, if they're doing any Interop (or Interop-class) events, there could 
be a story there, wrt the provisioning for a "roomful of hungry boxen."

Heck, even provisioning for the attendee WiFi and cellular load has 
challenges.

I've written a story or two (not in the year or so tho) on this, quoting 
folks like Steve Leon (ShowStoppers) and Alex Pournelle (his company does
event provisioning etc).
