[Ipg-smz] Msgs from Paradise (CA) lost

If anybody is interested, my brother lives in NW Chico, CA. The fires 
touched the SE corner before destroying Paradise. I have some brief 
reports from me, nothing graphic but the air quality reports. He's OK, 
his wife is just returning from Patagonia. If anyone is interested I'll 
ask him for permission to forward his reports to her and me when I 
asked. We don't communicate much.

FYI: Paradise has (had?) only one two-lane highway out.
