Agreed.

The cable business is a mess. Cable tech--yes even at Comcast--is fine.
I had dinner a few weeks back with the engineer in charge of their set-
top boxes. He _knows_ his stuff and he tells me so does his team. He
wouldn't talk about the business side, and, for the reasons Brian
mentioned, I can understand why.
