[Ipg-smz] Ohio accepts bitcoin to pay taxes (Techcrunch)

I used to mint BTC. I converted any earnings automatically, and quickly,
into USD. Mostly, but not always, this was a good strategy. Stating
what's owed in BTC + a fee is the right way to do it; the fee can cover
most short term tragic dips in the ratio between BTC & USD.
