At my public library job, I hear fascinating feedback from folks using apps and web services. Someone I know pretty
well tells me that he finds the Wysa app very helpful for controlling his anxiety. The app is a free app for Android. (I think
there's an iOS version, too.)

Admittedly, you have to be somewhat geek oriented to be comfortable seeking advice and help from an app. Kudos to the
very wonderful folks who created this app, though.

Yes, the app raises serious privacy concerns, but it would be a shame if a person's anxiety about privacy prevented them
from getting the help this app offers.
