[Ipg-smz] Anybody know anything about Nashville TN?

Nashville is 4 miles from my house in Atlanta. It's a happening place, in
certain industries, like medicine and music. It's still relatively small,
the center of the city just starting to redevelop. People still "drive
until they qualify" there. The new suburbs are mainly developing out I-24
to the southeast, toward Murfreesboro.

It's a little like Atlanta was when I moved here in the early 80s. At some
point, the road congestion will become such that a new "implosion" will
take place toward the center, with enormous social and political
implications.

That hasn't happened yet in Nashville.
