[Ipg-smz] Anybody know anything about Nashville TN?

Ken illustrates the political effect of the developmental patterns I noted
earlier.

The density of Nashville remains under the roughly 800/sq mi number that
would cause people to understand they live in a city, and need government
services. The city is really just a suburb. People think they're
self-sufficient. No one is.
