I had one of these yesterday: Dell's conferencing system utterly refused to
work with my iPhone XS Max and DTMF tones. I kept punching in codes like a
lunatic and it kept rejecting them. Really pissed off my client because I
could not get in. "Why didn't you use a land line?" ugh, because I was
coming out of a dentist appointment.
