When I first heard about this, I was assuming it might be a free app -- an entryway to Adobe Premiere/Adobe Audition. 

Best I can tell now, it looks like it might be a paid app -- but probably quite a lot less in price than Adobe Premiere. It's 
intended more for consumers than professionals.
