I find it fascinating that at the same time businesses are scrambling to
get on the customer-loyalty bandwagon so many continue to treat employees
as readily-disposable assets.
I believe that is a badly flawed business model and now that customers --
including readers -- have more choices -- one that can have major impacts.
Remember, most people consider(ed) Jon Stewart and The Daily Show more
credible than EVERY other news program!
