[Ipg-smz] NTSC video to USB

Guilders,

I'm looking for an inexpensive solution to transfer NTSC VHS tapes to 
USB-something. Target platform, as many of the following, if not all 
three: Windows 10, MacOS High in the Sierras, Linux something.

Does not have to have software or produce any fancy file. Just raw 
transfers from a VHS tape deck into a .mov/etc file format. I'm enslaved 
with a project to rid dozens of VHS tapes, and this is the only way.
