[Ipg-smz] Facebook to hire ex-felons?

In too many communities, police forces are armies of occupation because
that's how they're organized.

I believe in community policing. But it's hard to get people behind it when
there's so much gun violence around, and so many people willing to
literally run cops over with their cars to stay out of jail. Because the
criminal justice system turns people into criminald.
