[Ipg-smz] Rulers from an older universe...

So I'm at my desk, and needed to measure something, and the first ruler at 
hand is  wooden one, and I was having trouble figuring out what it was 
telling me, inch wise... then I noticed that, in addition to inches and 
metric (one on ech side), one side measured "picas" and the other "6/12 
points."

The rules says "Westcott Printers Rule." No clue where/when I got it.
