I would make Microsoft's "Rapid Response (PR) Team" actually respond, and 
rapidly.

If even that is beyond the Inf Gaunt's capabilities (there's got to be 
some limit to "reality modification"), mmmm, make BSoD error codes better?

Or, "put an end to junk phone call." Or even, if possible, "end ALL 
junk/spam/etc messaging including voice calls, email, social/comment 
spam, etc."
