[Ipg-smz] annoyingly pushy PR people

I forget who it was, but a PR person pulled that with me about a year ago.
I said, "OK, but if your firm loses this contract or you're on vacation
when I need to get a quote, I'm calling your biggest competitor for that
quote." Client spoke up with his email address immediately.
