[Ipg-smz] Back from Worldcon!

* Landed Tues mid-afternoon. Final souvenir: a sore throat/cold from the 
flight home :-|

* I posted bunches of pix and mini-reports to File770, the sf fan newszine 
(site) I've been doing posts and comments for over the past few years 
(unpaid but fun!) -- as did several of my fellow "Filers."

Today or tomorrow, I'll be putting together a "landing page" URL summary 
of all our posts (on behalf of Mike Glyer, th, to make it easier for 
people to find and read 'em. (Including to give the con's news folks a 
one-line entry for their Media "coverage summary" listing.)

I also have to put together my final con report post... and send (for 
posting) one of the videos from Spider Robinson's concert. (I've got the 
OK to post [any] one song from it.)


* I see that my email from the past 2 weeks includes the already-discussed 
"Trip To Mexico" offer (probably because I did one cryptojacking article 
over the past year).

I'm torn between simply ignoring it and politely responding something like 
"there are so many 'not-a-match's and red flags about your offer that 
alas! I must decline."

Probably I'll simply file it, unacknowledged.

Back to catching up, feeling under the weather, and episodically 
helping/kibbitzing my grandson (who's been living with us for the past 
year, for his senior year in HS)'s launch to college in 51 hours.

And getting back to writing about tech, pitching editors, etc. (I gots 
time to sell!)
