I got a (form) letter from my health ins co confirming my current
prescription drug coverage, to make it easier to compare with Medicare 
Part D. (I've been on Medicare since the beginning of the year.)

According to the form, I've covered

"...for the following date ranges that occured after May 15, 2006:

    FROM: 02/01/2019   TO: 12/31/9999"

Whew! For a moment I was worried I might have to look for a new plan when 
I turned 7,000!
