Otego is a Village, within the Town of Otego. Population about 3,000. 
Harris Memorial Library serves it. I don't remember the dimensions 
(shame on me, I got it built in the '80s.) Maybe 2,000 square feet? 
Anyway, it has five or 6 computers available to the public, WiFi, and a 
3D printer.

Oh, and it has books on shelves, too.
