[Ipg-smz] We need an alternative to our existing lists

That's what we're doing now. It's coming out of my pocket becasue I'm
running it off the same VPS I use for my own remote services. 

The problem is, for reasons I have not been able to nail down, some
people fall off the lists. I've checked all the usual suspects, fixed
this, patched that, and nothing works.

The only thing I haven't tried is switching from Mailman 2.1.29 to
3.2.1 because that's a major upgrade. More to the point, I don't see
how the bulk of the problems spring from the MLM software itself.

We won't be switching to Google because I know a good number of our
members hate the idea of putting our eggs into that corporate basket.

The search continues.
