[Ipg-smz] We need an alternative to our existing lists

It may not necessarily be Mailman.  I've discovered that Google will 
sometimes slip up when looking up mx.satchell.net, which results in a 
non-delivery notice to my senders.  I've discussed this with 
Register.com, who hosts my domain zone files, with no resolution.

My own monitoring of the zone files from my AT&T-based ISP service 
doesn't show problems.

The good news is, when it happens, it "fixes itself" within 10 days.
When I check the zone files, the longest TTL is 172800, or 2 days.

Everyone is puzzled.
