[Ipg-smz] We're going to try groups.io later this year for list mail

A mailing list I subscribe to (that does not use web groups either) is in the process of switching over. So far, so good. No glitches.

While it can be used as a web group, I plan on us primarily using it as a mailing list manager. We'll see how it goes. If it works well, I'll turn off the Mailman lists. If not, I'll try something else.
