[Ipg-smz] What are some healthy foods at Costco?

If you believe that eggs are healthy (and I have no problem believing
this), they've got Organic Cage Free extra large for about $3.20 a dozen
(in two dozen packages) and large, cage free eggs, two dozen for, if I
recall correctly, about $3.69.
They have a number of generic OTC items -- 81 mg enteric coated aspirin
for less than a penny each, generic Mucinex, generic Prevacid, generic
Benadryl, generic NSAIDs (yeah, I know, these aren't exactly healthy
items - but the prices are good). They probably have organic items
scattered through their freezers and refrigerators, and some ready to
heat/ready to eat in the other refrigerated area of the store.
But if you're not planning to go to Costco with your friend, many of my
recommendations are probably of little value. You can check the Costco
website (www.costco.com) and maybe find some products of interest. A lot
of them are available at the warehouse. Some may be available, shipped,
to non-members, and others may be members only pricing (but you may be
able to get some items shipped if your friend orders them or you somehow
get access to a membership number). Some items may be available at the
warehouse, and cost less because you won't pay for shipping (it's often
included in online prices), but it may be a lot easier to get them
shipped than it is to wander through the store, fighting the people at
the endcaps having lunch, and waiting in line to check out.
