My book is now available as a paperback on Amazon, for what that's' 
worth. I have not been happy with the proofs they sent. The first time 
was my fault, but the latest?

If anyone out there has had any experience with Lulu I'd welcome hearing 
from them, or any other print-on-demand for that matter.
