[Ipg-smz] I'm getting gigabit fiber to my desk at work - yay!

It's all over now. I've been told that within about two months I'll have symmetrical gigabit fiber to my desk at work. I've been squeaking by with 25 Mbps cable modem connectivity. 

I'll be able to tweet 40 times faster. Watch out world. I'm giving fair warning now.

Seriously, though, it'll be so nice doing fast uploads of large video files to YouTube and the Internet Archive -- and maybe doing some video conferencing with a large number of folks simultaneously.
