[Ipg-smz] PayPal bans Hacker News

[Ron Miller]

If that wasn't clear, this involves a little known publication called "The"
Hacker News, which is not the same as Hacker News, a tech news aggregation
site not unlike Slashdot, which is owned and operated by Y Combinator.
