[Ipg-smz] Windows 10 upgrade

This is a very poorly designed upgrade. The upgrade will appear to
complete, then apply current updates, and then roll the whole thing back,
reinstall Windows 7, and throw out a cryptic error message that has been,
based on my web searches, frustrating users for years. It wouldn't be
nearly as bad if it didn't run to completion before the rollback. Of
course, there is no clear-cut fix, and much of the stuff on the Microsoft
support site is plain wrong. Other sites are only unhelpful.
Grumble, grumble...
