C'mon, Phil. You know better than this.

All very large companies (and most small) have both bad and good pockets 
within them. It's possible and advisable to hold them accountable for 
the former while still lauding them for the latter.

Painting the entire company with a single brush shows fault with the 
criticizer, not with the critiqued and wilfully ignores the complexity 
of the situation.
