Keep in mind that this is for an Office 365-related monitoring product, 
and I don't use O365, among other things.

Also, the message below included a message sent a week or so previously 
which I either didn't get or don't remember deleting unread.

I suppose I should have said "3, and oops! -- hope that wasn't your planet 
that just got blown up because you were wasting my time..."

So it looks like we haven't had a chance to connect yet. I can only imagine this
is for one of three reasons:

• You don't see a fit
• You went for another monitoring solution
• You're actually a secret Jedi master and you're too busy fighting across the
galaxy to respond.

If it is a no, could you please let me know so I can close the file on 
[ANNOYING VENDOR]?

On the other hand if there are still some open items that we can work through as
you consider working with us, would it make sense to set up a call to discuss
further?
