I suggest slightly more granularity and clarity. You want clear rules that
avoid taking advantage of well-meaning industrious writers, ditto
minimizing gaming the system\\\\\\\\\\\cherry-picking (as opposed to the
utterly sensible "writing what you like and can do time-effectively").
- Flat prices for articles of general target length ranges, otherwise,
long feature articles won't happen.
- Is BTC doing assignments, or are writers self-assigning? YOu want to
avoid topic collisions, ditto avoid "no, we don't want this."
- What if, for whatever reason, a writer doesn't hit their monthly
minimum, but had had 4 more than target the previous month?
- Are you paying reasonable-or-better money in any case?
