[Ipg-smz] The latest ebay scam

After several strange eBay Chinese purchase happenings (Paypal backed me
up), I no longer deal with any eBay purchases outside of the US &
Canada. Sorry this happened to you.
Unless a foreign vendor'll do COD or LOC, I'm not going to do a deal.
You can use a border broker if need be, Kuehne & Nagel do a good job and
are located in most major US and Canadian cities.
