[Ipg-smz] Today's spam/phish call...

As I believe I've previously mentioned, I've taken to responding to calls 
from "The Windows Department," "Technical Support," etc. by 
excitedly/anxiously saying some variant on "I'm glad you called... I'm 
having trouble with my graphics card, and I don't know whether I need to 
re-install or update the driver, or tweak the BIO..." at which point they 
usually have hung up on me.

Today's caller told me to look for some letters on my screen, eff, you, 
see, kay. "I'm sorry, I'm not seeing them," sez I, "can you repeat that?"
(And to be fair, I wasn't immediately sure that's what he had said.)

He repeated it, and then hung up on me. Rude!
