[Ipg-smz] Sad news to report about one of our IPG members

I just now realized my post could be interpreted as chastisement, Dave.
That was in no way my intention. I felt that my passing along Eric's and
Tekla's request to their friends and colleagues in this forum would be
little different than Susan Hassler passing along the request to Eric's &
Tekla's friends on the staff of IEEE Spectrum.
