Facebook to hire ex-felons? 

Not a good idea. When you mix ex-felons with felons, the rate of recidivism goes up.

All things considered, it's fine for the incarcerated to be given the opportunity to learn coding skills. But plueeeezzzz, 
don't hire them at Facebook upon their release. They have already paid their debt to society by then.
