[Ipg-smz] FYI, my client's AP's answer re paying invoices via PayPal

Yes they [ presumably YOU and YOUR CLIENT ] both need to have a PayPal 
account. I had to open up one and linked it to our department card. Each 
payment I get a notification from PayPal of your invoice and I pay it 
through the PayPal link. This authorizes PayPal to charge the payment out 
of our department credit card.
