[Ipg-smz] Facebook to hire ex-felons?

Actually, the term 'ex-felon' bothers me. A felon is a convicted criminal.
They don't stop being a felon once released from prison, they're still
felons, unless their conviction is overturned or their record is expunged.

All too true, which is why you NEVER talk to law enforcement unless you
have to.

And "ex-felons" implies "convictions".
