[Ipg-smz] Advice Needed: Cutting the Cord

YoutubeTV is fantastic. Live local programming and a very diverse set of channels. The one knock we have found is that it they only allows for 3 users to be logged on at one time. But many of these channels have their own apps so there are work arounds. You will pay more if you sign up through Apple so go through Google.

Just to confirm, I saw the YouTube app announced on the firestick, but does it include Live TV? All other YouTube apps do not unless they specifically state it in the name.

"YouTube TV is great, but doesn’t run on a firestick"

YOUTUBE TV NOW RUNS ON FIRESTICKS. Installed it on mine about two weeks ago.

When I last looked at DirecTV it didn’t have DVR capability and was missing several key channels. YouTube TV is great, but doesn’t run on a firestick and so does not integrate with my smarthome strategy. Hulu with Live TV is as good as YouTube TV and DOES run on firestick.
