[Ipg-smz] This megayacht is a steal - (the late Paul Allen's megayacht - Octopus)

If anyone here in IPG is looking to buy a megayacht, the Octopus megayacht (owned by the late Paul Allen) is selling for 
€295,000,000. That's a steal. You don't find many 414 foot megayachts selling for under a $1 billion these days. That probably 
includes free shipping, too.

Comes with just the right amount of amenities -- two helicopters and two submarines. I don't know how anyone thinks 
they can get by with a single helicopter on a megayacht. Personally, I'd never buy a megayacht with a single helicopter. 
That's just tacky.
