[Ipg-smz] Looking for opinions/experience

Is Medium.com a good...medium for writing content or is it mostly garbage?

I've found a few good articles on it and I pay $5/mo now for the privilege
of reading them, but is it a place where I should post articles? Not techie
stuff probably, but just in general.
