[Ipg-smz] Style your Google Docs to look like WordStar

In 1984, I was Editor at Easy Home Computer. I used a Spectravideo 318
(chiclet keyboard) and upgraded Spectravideo 328 (full keyboard) to do
some projects from my Redactron days, and then the writing for Easy Home
Computer.

Back then, I was fairly agnostic about which word processor to use.
Commodore gave me a Commodore 64 Executive (a 'portable' - sewing
machine - with a 5" color display). When I switched to becoming Software
Editor at Electronic Design, I did much of my writing on it. The other
editors didn't like that I could write on a computer, edit my text on
the computer, and wouldn't need the pool of typists who retyped our
edited stuff - and the typing pool hated it.

They rightly feared that their re-typing jobs were in danger, and many
of the editors feared that they may have to (ugh, god help me) write and
edit on a computer.

Oh -- the original Mac Write wasn't developed by apple -- when I moved
into Forest Hills, Queens in 1984, my neighbor was an editor for
Macmillan - they had an internal word processor - and called it Mac Write.
