When Robin Miller was doing weekly Skype-like interviews for FOSSForce,
we had a lot of problems with the audio when using either Hangouts or
Skype. We finally ended up using Zoom, where we had no problems
whatsoever. I still use Zoom two or three times a week.
I can't help you with any of the video software that might be necessary,
but IPGer Swapnil Bhartiya would probably be a big help.
