[Ipg-smz] Microsoft and Novartis team up to create new drugs

I don't think what Microsoft does as a company these days and what the Bill
and Melinda Gates Foundation are doing have much to do with one another.
Gates is not involved with the company any more in any direct way anymore,
as far as I'm aware.

The idea that something like this would operate like a Windows update is a
little silly, and I would like to think Phil was joking.

All that said, these kinds of PR pronouncements around AI partnerships are
mostly fluff and I wouldn't expect much to come out of them.
